Evette – Founder
Hi, I’m Evette—founder of Inner Evolution and the only member of the team with thumbs (which makes me responsible for typing, budgeting, and opening treat bags).
I’m a Certified Nutrition Coach with an emphasis on science-backed nutrition, and a Certified Personal Trainer. I created Inner Evolution because I believe wellness should feel doable, not overwhelming—and that getting stronger, eating well, or living mindfully doesn’t mean being perfect. It means showing up, learning as you go, and being kind to yourself along the way.
When I’m not writing books, designing wellness tools, or running after dogs mid-zoomies, you’ll find me drinking too much coffee, talking to my pets like they’re coworkers (because they are), or daydreaming about how to make wellness more fun and inclusive for everyone.
I’m so happy you’re here—and so is the furry staff. Welcome to Inner Evolution. Let’s evolve—messy, mindful, and one step at a time.
Izzy – Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Hi, I’m Izzy, Chief Financial Officer of Inner Evolution. I took this role because of my impressive math skills. For example: if I ask Mom for 10 treats and she only gives me 5, that clearly equals 0 treats. It’s this kind of advanced math that keeps the business running smoothly.
In my free time, I love splashing in my pool, going for walks, and visiting the dog park. I live with my mom, my sister Daisy, and three very annoying cats. If you’d like a cat, please take one. Or two. They’re fun to bark at, but mostly a nuisance.
I’m committed to helping Inner Evolution grow and promise to always do good maths when needed.
Daisy – Director of Human Resources
Hi! I’m Daisy! I’m so excited to meet you—I sometimes can’t even contain myself! I’m the perfect fit for Human Resources because humans are my absolute favorite resource. If we ever meet, sit on the floor so I can climb into your lap and give you a proper face-lick handshake.
When I’m not working, I love playing fetch (I never get tired!), going to the pet store, and following Mom everywhere. Some of my favorite activities include helping with chores (except the loud snake—aka vacuum), supervising while Mom cooks, and curling up on her lap during TV time. Basically, my favorite thing in the world is being with Mom.
I’m a joyful girl who loves love—and people are the best part of life.
Dexter – IT Manager
Hey, I’m Dexter. I’m the IT Manager here at Inner Evolution. I’m a laid-back guy who handles all tech-related issues with grace and experience. For example, when Mom’s working, I lie across her keyboard to make sure everything’s functioning correctly. So far, all the keys still work. I also test the printer by attacking the paper as it comes out. You’re welcome.
When I’m not ensuring the tech’s running smoothly, I’m napping, chilling with my sisters, or reminding Mom that we need more treats. If she forgets, I gently trip her or yell in her face at 3 a.m.—it’s an effective system.
You’ll usually find me lounging on the back of the couch or basking in the sun. Got a computer problem? Try turning it off and on again… or leave a treat and I’ll get to it later.
Zoey – Director of Public Relations
Hi there! I’m Zoey, Director of Public Relations. I used to be a shy girl, but I’ve learned that people are pretty great! Now I specialize in making people feel welcome, especially when they’re having a bad day. One head tilt and a soft purr, and I’ve got them smiling.
My hobbies include playfully pouncing on my brother Dexter, soaking up sunshine, lounging in laps, and enjoying a bit of catnip on the weekends. I also love cat grass and curling up anywhere warm and cozy.
You’ll usually find me next to you—or on top of you. Just bring a lint roller. I like to leave a little furry love behind.
Sassy – Head of Security
Name’s Sassy. I run security. I may not always be visible, but I see everything.
I come from the streets, so I know how to stay alert and handle myself. My job is to patrol the perimeter (from inside couches, behind corners, and high vantage points), make sure everyone’s behaving, and keep the riff-raff (mainly the other cats and dogs) in check.
My favorite activities include hiding in plain sight, hissing at Mom, and lounging in my catio. I also enjoy eating cat grass, basking in the sun, and conducting photoshoots from afar. If you need me, don’t bother looking—I’ll find you.
