Nutrition is a lifelong passion of mine, and I have taken significant steps to deepen my expertise in this area. After returning to school to become a nutrition coach, I understood what maintaining a healthy, whole vegan diet means.

When I began my vegan journey, I encountered challenges in finding the proper nutrients to sustain my health and energy. I faced issues such as low iron and low protein intake, which resulted in an unbalanced diet for the first couple of years. Recognizing a widespread need for accurate information about transitioning to a vegan diet, I became determined to help others. Many express a desire to embrace veganism but feel uncertain about how to begin, while others revert to omnivorous diets out of fear of inadequate nutrition. This misconception needs to be clarified. A well-planned vegan diet meets and can exceed nutritional needs, even for competitive bodybuilders. I needed to share this vital information to empower you to make confident, informed decisions about your nutrition and lifestyle. You can flourish on a vegan diet, and I am here to guide you every step of the way.

My enthusiasm for fitness led me to become a personal trainer, where I quickly realized that many people struggle to commit to lengthy fitness programs.

It was crucial to provide efficient, time-effective fitness solutions that fit into busy lifestyles. I also understand the vital role of meditation in achieving balance and lowering cortisol levels, to thrive, not just survive in life.

When I first began eating a vegan diet, finding the nutrients I needed to be healthy and energized took me time. For the first couple of years, I was faced with low iron, low protein intake, and not eating a healthy, well-rounded diet. I saw a similar need for people to get the correct information on going vegan. I have heard many people say they wanted to go vegan but didn’t know where to start or had been vegan but reverted to being omnivores because they felt they were not getting adequate nutrition requirements. It pained me to learn that people thought they needed to revert to eating meat to be healthy when, in fact, eating a vegan diet can provide proper nutrition and help the body thrive, even if you are a competitive bodybuilder. That is why I felt it was essential to share this information to empower you to make the best decisions about your nutrition and lifestyle.
